Terms & Conditions
General Provisions:
1. These terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”, outline the rules for using cosmetic services provided at Skincare & PMU by Galyna Denchyk, located at Helmondstraat 8, 6843SG Arnhem, Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”.
2. Clients are required to familiarize themselves with the Regulations before undergoing any cosmetic procedure, hereinafter referred to as the “Procedure”.
3. Commencing a Procedure implies acceptance of these Regulations. Clients must adhere to these terms from the moment they consent to the Procedure until its completion.
4. These regulations do not constitute terms for electronic service provision and apply solely to services provided at physical locations.
Clients:
1. Any adult individual may be a client of the Salon.
2. Minors aged 13 and above may use services with written consent from both guardians or a sole guardian. Salon staff may request proof of consent at any time and can refuse service if consent is not provided.
Myself, as Galyna Denchyk:
1. I am appropriately trained and certified for their roles.
2. I must check my workspace and ensure they have sufficient materials and sterilized tools before starting a Procedure.
3. Hygiene and disinfection protocols must be followed before, during, and after the Procedure.
4. I must maintain proper personal hygiene, including hand and nail care.
5. Hair must be secured to avoid contamination of the treatment area.
6. Health and safety regulations must be observed.
7. Clients should report any deviations from these standards to myself immediately.
Hygiene and Safety:
1. Surfaces and equipment not in direct contact with clients are disinfected or sterilized at least once daily.
2. The salon uses an autoclave for tool sterilization.
3. All technical products used are specific to the treatments offered, and disposable items are used for sterility.
4. Employees undergo regular health checks to prevent the spread of diseases.
5. Employees with open wounds or skin conditions are not allowed to provide services until fully healed.
6. In the event of accidental injury during a Procedure, the service is paused, the wound treated, and the Procedure rescheduled if necessary.
7. Only approved disinfectants are used in the studio.
Service Provision:
1. Skincare & PMU by Galyna Denchyk offers a range of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, permanent makeup, facial and body treatments, cosmetic consultations, gift vouchers, treatment packages, and other services. The current offer is available on the salon’s website and treatwell page.
2. Employees conduct a health interview before starting a Procedure to identify any contraindications or risks.
3. Clients’ personal data provided in surveys or loyalty programs are processed in accordance with the law.
4. Clients are informed of contraindications, side effects, and post-treatment recommendations and must accept them before undergoing a Procedure.
5. Clients must inform staff of any health conditions or contraindications before starting a Procedure.
6. Clients should remove all jewelry during the Procedure and keep valuables secure.
7. Any deterioration in a client’s well-being during a Procedure must be reported to the staff immediately.
8. Staff may refuse to perform a Procedure if safety is in question or if the client is suspected of fraudulent intentions or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Payment:
1. Clients must pay for services rendered. The price list is available in the salon and online.
2. Prices may change, but not for pre-purchased vouchers or packages.
3. Promotions do not combine unless specified otherwise.
4. Discount vouchers are valid for specific treatments and have a validity period of three months.
5. Vouchers, once expired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Payment methods include cash, Tikkie bank payment system and online payments via Treatwell.
Liability:
1. The house front yard and living room are monitored for safety.
2. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to salon property.
3. The salon is not liable for personal belongings left in coats or unattended areas.
4. Dissatisfaction with the treatment outcome due to subjective feelings does not constitute grounds for liability.
Reservations and Cancellations:
1. Appointments should be made in advance, either in person, by phone, or through Treatwell.
2. Clients must arrive at least five minutes before the appointment.
3. The salon reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with 24-hour notice.
Complaints:
1. Complaints about service or outcomes must be submitted within three days of the Procedure.
2. Complaints should be made in writing and will be addressed within 14 days.
3. If a complaint is upheld, the salon may offer corrections or additional benefits.
Final Provisions:
1. Smoking, the use of tobacco products, and consumption of alcohol or drugs are prohibited in the salon.
2. Clients under the influence will not be served and will be asked to leave.
3. Animals are not allowed in the salon.
4. All persons in the studio must comply with these Regulations and staff instructions.
